Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description: Create and execute a marketing strategy to generate appointments for client acquisition. First goal: 4 new customers by Sept 2020 by setting appointments for the sales rep on-site. Second Goal: Create a marketing strategy to provide digital marketing based on results under the operations manager Requirements: - Publicist or Marketing bachelor's degree w/ at least 2 yrs experience (prefer 5) - OR 7+ yrs experience in marketing with proven record & strong referrals Compensation: Year 2020: - $800 USD in 3 months will increase to $850 USD as independent agent - $50 USD per appointment meeting requirements - Recurring % based on agreement won: * Managed Services: one-time 10% and then 1% monthly for as long as agent works with the company and client maintains the agreement active i.e. $2,000 USD a month contract will provide the following compensation: $200 USD one-time + $20/mo USD starting 2nd month. * Phone system (pending) * Cloud (Pending) Year 2021: - If successful, and this is provided as a service, a compensation schedule will be sent to provide digital marketing to clients based on results.
